In 2013, I was nominated as the regional brand champion to guide the regional workforce board, FloridaWorks, through a branding transition toward a statewide unified workforce brand. I developed internal and external campaigns to raise brand awareness with staff, sponsors, community partners and customers through media coverage and media buying.
In addition to coordinating branding events, negotiating contracts and creating administrative policy for brand enforcement, I was responsible for designing and creating all advertising and marketing collateral in line with new brand guidelines. This included print, radio and web advertisements geared toward job seekers and employers as well as a comprehensive airport campaign.
